Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee Overview 2021
Dispute Resolution Center staff Tad David, Chief of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Kimberly Kosch, Senior Court Operations Consultant, present a one-hour presentation on ethical opinions rendered by the Mediator Ethics Advisory Opinion in 2021. Ethical topics range from procedures for submitting executed settlement agreements reached in, conflicts of interest with corporate stakeholders, and reports to the court regarding outcomes in multi-party agreements. The Rules for Certified Mediators, Florida statutes, and mediation court procedural rules will also be discussed. The program is worth 1.0 hour of mediator ethics CME.
